Job Overview
The Coursera Degrees segment partners with leading universities around the world to launch and scale online degree programs that deliver career-transformative outcomes for learners. The Degrees Success team works cross-functionally with marketing, enrollment representatives, data science and technical operation teams to help partners meet their recruitment goals. The Degree Program Operations Specialist will be part of the Degrees Success Team, supporting select North American and European degree programs. This role serves as a key operational contact for university partners, ensuring smooth cohort launches and closes, resolving learner account issues, and equipping partners with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully manage their programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment.
