Overview
In this senior in-house role, you will serve as a commercial legal partner for B2B enterprise, technology alliances, and partner channels, negotiating complex tech agreements.
You’ll help scale distribution through direct and indirect channels while balancing legal risk with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with GTM, Product, and Sales teams to enable speed and commercial viability across global markets.

You will contribute to AI-related deal frameworks and governance while guiding product commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (Saa S, licensing, API, integration, channel and resellers) across global partners.
- Advise senior stakeholders on deal structuring, risk allocation, and multi-jurisdiction GTM considerations; act as day-to-day legal lead for partnerships.
- Develop and standardize contracting templates, playbooks, and approval frameworks for partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product Legal to enable self-serve and low-touch commercialization, including usage-based licensing and SMB onboarding frameworks.
- Provide guidance on AI-related commercial arrangements, data-sharing, and emerging tech implementations.
- Support GTM product commercialization, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market structures; draft distribution terms for third-party platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align legal structures with product development and route-to-market initiatives; flag legal considerations early in lifecycle.
- Manage high-volume deal workload across direct and indirect channels with minimal supervision.
- Key requirements
- 10+ years post-qualification experience as a lawyer, with in-house experience at a technology, Saa S, or enterprise software company.
- Proven track record negotiating complex B2B technology agreements including GSI, channel, reseller, alliance, and enterprise platform deals.
- Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in fast-moving deal environments.
- Excellent executive-level communication; able to influence from SMB to C-suite.
- Experience advising on product commercialization or third-party distribution and embedding arrangements.
- Comfortable handling both high-touch enterprise deals and standardized indirect channel frameworks.
