We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Customer Success Team. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with teammates who value diverse perspectives, bold thinking, and shared success. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping insurers adopt and maximize the value of Cytora’s platform by translating underwriting needs into structured, efficient, and data-driven processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze technical underwriting guides and question sets to identify critical data points, define underwriting appetite, and prioritize rules.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting Team Leaders and Underwriters to design and document process workflows, both before and after implementation of Cytora.
  • Support the delivery team by refining and clarifying business and technical requirements.
  • Assist in the deployment of Cytora to insurers, including:
  • User training
  • Operational transformation support
  • Process efficiency improvements
  • Identify, define, and implement benefit measurement frameworks to baseline performance and track ongoing value realization.

    Location & Work Authorization

    This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based on the U.S. East Coast. Candidates must currently be based in the United States and have full legal authorization to work. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
