This isn’t just another content role. At Courmacs Legal, we’ve gone from startup to 1.9 million clients and 4.6 million claims in just a few years. Now we’re leading the charge on one of the biggest consumer finance scandals in UK history—and building the brand, team, and culture to dominate what comes next. We’re looking for a hands-on Content & Engagement Manager to take ownership of how we show up—externally and internally. Working closely with the wider marketing team, this is a brand-new role with real scope. You’ll shape our voice, lead our content strategy, and create work that people stop scrolling for.

  • Content & Creative Strategy
    • Lead our content direction across social, blog, email, video & podcast
    • Build a distinctive, standout brand voice
    • Align content with campaigns, commercial goals & industry moments
    • Partner closely with senior marketing leadership
    • Create scroll-stopping short-form video that actually performs
  • Video, Case Studies & Rich Content
    • Lead video production end-to-end (or manage external partners)
    • Build a content library that fuels brand, PR & SEO
  • Internal Content & Culture
    • Help shape how we communicate internally as we scale
    • Collaborate on content that builds engagement and culture
  • Events & Brand Presence
    • Capture and create content at events
    • Represent the brand across PR, partnerships & initiatives

Proven experience in content, social or creative leadership. Confident leading video production. Sharp writing skills and attention to detail. Comfortable owning projects end-to-end. Bonus if you’ve worked in fast-paced environments, built internal engagement, or have experience in legal/finance—but not essential.
