A NEW AND EXCITING ROLE WITH CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

We’re looking for a Client Programme Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a role designed for someone with at least a couple of years of relevant experience who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in programme management and client delivery.

In this role, you will provide operational support to our Client Programme Manager and Senior Client Programme Manager, taking ownership of key recurring workflows that keep our client programmes running smoothly. You won’t be client-facing from day one, but for the right person there is a clear path to growing into a full Client Programme Manager role as Courageous Co. expands.

Our team operates at a fast pace and our roles evolve as the business grows. People who thrive here enjoy getting things right, taking ownership early and learning quickly. This role offers a blend of virtual working from your home environment and in-person collaboration days (2-3 times per month) in Northwest London.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

  • You will take ownership of a defined set of operational workflows that support our client programme delivery, working under the direction of our Client Programme Manager (CPM) and Senior Client Programme Manager.
  • Sales Profile Creation: Building and maintaining the sales profiles used in our 1:1 coaching debrief sessions with clients. This requires strong attention to detail and solid PowerPoint skills, as these materials directly shape the client experience.
  • Virtual Whiteboard Production: Creating and formatting virtual whiteboards in Mural to support 1:1 client debrief sessions, working from briefs and guidance provided by the wider team.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinating the scheduling of 1:1 debriefs, client calls and internal meetings under direction from the CPM and Senior CPM.
  • Materials and Logistics Support: Supporting the preparation and formatting of workshop materials, presentations and programme documentation, and coordinating with external printing suppliers to manage the production of workshop resources.
  • Process and Quality: Maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency across all outputs, flagging issues early and contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery workflows.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • At least three years of experience in a relevant role, such as programme coordination, project support, executive assistance, operations, or a similar environment where attention to detail and task management were central.
  • Confident working in PowerPoint to a high standard – you’ll be producing polished materials that go directly to our clients.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring tasks, track deadlines and keep things moving without needing constant direction.
  • Comfortable working in digital tools and picking up new platforms quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail – you take pride in the accuracy and quality of your outputs.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly, is self-motivated, and proactively flags any issues or blockers.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, L&D, or a similar client-delivery environment would be advantageous but is not a requirement.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • The opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven business at an early stage of its scale-up journey.
  • A clear growth path: this role is designed to evolve into a Client Programme Manager position as you develop your skills and the business grows.
  • Real ownership of key workflows from day one, in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Flexible work setup – a blend of virtual, in-person and at client offices.
  • Competitive salary and benefits:
    • Salary dependant on experience
    • Private Medical Insurance
    • Travel expenses when attending meetings at client offices
    • Company Pension Scheme (5% company contribution, min. 3% employee contribution)
    • 25 days holiday, increasing to 26 days after five years of service and 27 days after 10 years of service
    • 1 month fully paid Sabbatical after 10 years of service
