The Impact of a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Coupa:

We’re looking for a highly capable, execution-focused Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in the UK & Ireland. This role partners closely with sales to create influence, and accelerate pipeline across a wide range of account types, from early-stage prospects to late-stage opportunities. You’ll run digital programmes, ABM activities, vertical campaigns, and high-quality events end-to-end. You’ll also use data and intent signals to help sales prioritise accounts, ensuring effort is focused where we’re most likely to win. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys partnering closely with sales, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and knows how to turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline impact. This role reports into the Head of UKI Marketing and is UK‑based.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Alignment & Revenue: Build strong, confident working relationships with UKI sales leaders (AEs, ADRs) to ensure all marketing activity directly supports the revenue goals of the territory.
  • Digital & ABM Strategy: Run targeted ABM programmes (1:many/1:few) and digital campaigns using intent data to support the entire buying cycle, focusing heavily on new‑logo acquisition.
  • Event Execution & Value: Plan and execute high‑impact events and executive experiences (roundtables, bespoke dinners) that drive measurable value for both prospects and customers.
  • Data‑Led Prioritisation: Use Salesforce and 6sense to prioritise high‑potential accounts, identify buyer intent, and ensure all marketing resources are focused on high‑ROI vertical campaigns.
  • Pipeline Programmes: Deliver multi‑stage programmes (webinars, content, targeted outreach) that support pipeline generation, progression, and conversion.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • 5–7+ years in B2B marketing (field marketing, events, ABM or demand generation).
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with sales, and confidence running multiple programmes end‑to‑end.
  • Experience supporting new‑logo acquisition in complex B2B cycles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Outreach (or similar).
  • Highly organised, practical, reliable and calm under pressure.
  • UK‑based, fluent in English, and willing to travel when required.
