The Impact of a Revenue Operations Analyst - Demand to Coupa:

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst with a focus on Demand to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure the health and efficiency of our demand pipeline - from lead capture to opportunity creation. Sitting outside of Marketing and Sales, you’ll serve as a neutral, cross-functional partner to monitor, report on, and analyze pipeline processes. Your work will help maintain a healthy pipeline, speed up lead-to-deal conversion, and support revenue growth across the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partners and RevOps to ensure alignment on lead management, pipeline development and attribution strategies.
  • Track and audit the end-to-end demand funnel, ensuring data integrity and process compliance from lead to opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline performance, conversion rates, and lead lifecycle metrics.
  • Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Demand.
  • Identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and anomalies in the pipeline and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, refine, and optimize lead management and opportunity creation processes.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as territory planning, forecasting, attribution modeling, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Support regular demand reviews and executive reporting with pipeline insights.
