As a Shop Floor 1 volunteer you will provide a first‑class customer service experience, ensuring customers find everything they need during their visit and the store's front of house is maintained to a high standard and remains well stocked.
You will engage with our customers both on arrival and when they depart the store, as well as queries they might have during their visit. You will also support other members of the team with merchandising displays and stock management to ensure the store is inviting for our customers.
Hours: Flexible. Our stores trade 7 days per week.
