As a Team Support Volunteer, you’ll be:
- Welcoming visitors and answering general enquiries
- Helping with simple admin tasks like filing, scanning, or updating records
- Preparing information packs or resources for clients and volunteers
- Supporting the team with organising events, meetings, or training sessions
- Helping keep the office space tidy, welcoming, and well-organised
Skills & Qualities
You don’t need any previous experience - we’ll give you all the training and support you need. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and happy to help where needed
- Organised and willing to learn new skills
- Confident with reading, writing, basic maths and basic IT skills
- A team player with good communication skills
- Supportive of our values around equality, diversity, and inclusion
When & Where?
We ask for around 7–14 hours per week for around 18 months and have opportunities available across County Durham. We’ll work with you to find a time and place that fits your schedule.
