We are looking for an enthusiastic DIY & gardening volunteer to help maintain our centre and possibly cultivate a grassy area outside. Carry out small DIY tasks, painting doors, walls, hanging pictures, installing shelves, etc. This role is especially suited to local volunteers.

  • Experience or enthusiasm for DIY and gardening
  • Basic DIY skills (e.g., using tools, painting, minor repairs)
  • A hands‑on proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As arranged, a few hours a week at Crook Community Centre.

We are working with DCA and offering the volunteer passport. If there is anything you’d like training for, we will investigate it.
