Responsibilities:
- Help operate our Trussell Trust Foodbank, supporting people in food crisis in West Auckland, Bishop Auckland, Teesdale and further afield.
- Assist with external eligibility checks; when clients visit, record their details against the Trussell Trust online system, discuss needs and preferences, and pack their food parcel.
Training and support:
All our volunteer roles are customised for the individual, and full training and support will be given.
