We are currently looking for a well-qualified and experienced Nursery Teacher to join one of our client schools in Aylesbury. They are currently aiming to receive an outstanding rating from Ofsted and are looking for candidates that are able to help maintain standards. Teachers who do not perform as a level of “Good” or above will not be considered and a rigorous recruitment process will be followed to ensure this.
They will need a highly motivated and creative Foundation Teacher that will possibly have leadership qualities, as there is most definitely room for progression in this role. They also need somebody who is a reflective practitioner and has flexible teaching methods.
The school is also federating with another as of June next year so they are hoping to have some exciting things developing come January 2025.
