What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and agents.
  • Win new business and generate high-value property opportunities.
  • Lead a full 360° sales cycle – from pipeline development to property onboarding.
  • Negotiate rental plans and commercial agreements.
  • Act as an account lead for existing landlords and clients, delivering outstanding service.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups.
  • Work alongside Directors to shape campaigns and local engagement activities.
  • Be a key contributor to our reputation and brand growth across the region.

About You

  • A proven track record in business development, sales or commercial growth (property experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, written English and numeracy skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
