WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and agents
- Win new business and generate high-value property opportunities
- Lead a full 360° sales cycle – from pipeline development to property onboarding
- Negotiate rental plans and commercial agreements
- Act as an account lead for existing landlords and clients, delivering outstanding service
- Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups
- Work alongside Directors to shape campaigns and local engagement activities
- Be a key contributor to our reputation and brand growth across the region
ABOUT YOU:
- A proven track record in business development, sales or commercial growth (property experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, written English and numeracy skills
- A commercial mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to build credibility in the market
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
