The Maintenance Officer is at the heart of our function. From turning around a void property to full investigation of faults to basic maintenance works, Maintenance Officers are on hand to support each and every one of our families.
We expect good time management skills, providing effective service with methodical, proactive communications.
Duties expected:
- Identifying and resolving maintenance issues and hazards.
- Eliminating hazards and, if appropriate, fixing minor repairs.
- Providing important liaison between Tenant and Service Centre.
- Uploading reports and condition videos in a timely manner.
- Assisting the business and tenants with any ad hoc queries that arise.
- Requirement to assist with being βOn Callβ as per business needs.
