Temporary Full-Time (April 2026 – early September 2026)

Reporting to: Supervisor of Facilities

Wage range: 2026 co-op student rate: $23.26 - $24.41

Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m (40 hrs/week)

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Supervisor of Facilities, assists with the overall management of County owned facilities and properties, including capital project planning, project scope development, and facility management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completing assessments of assets and creating/updating condition reports.
  • Assisting in major project design and asset management.
  • Experience and ability to create design drawings for small construction projects using CAD software.
  • Working indoors and outdoors as required, traveling throughout the County.
  • G2 or G driver’s licence (an acceptable driving record will be required).
  • To be considered for a student position, you must currently be enrolled on a full-time basis at a post-secondary institution and be returning to a post-secondary institution on a full-time basis in September 2026.
