POSITION SUMMARY

Ensures effective and efficient delivery of Oxford County’s human resources services relating to disability management, attendance management and employee wellness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in human resources and/or disability management certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in disability management in a unionized setting.
  • Municipal and/or broader public sector experience an asset.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Labour Relations, Human Rights, Occupational Health and Safety, Workplace Safety and Insurance and Employment Standards Acts and regulations.
  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Knowledge of Parklane Systems experience an asset.
