About the role:
As we continue to evolve, we have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our team.
Our General Managers are supported and empowered to take responsibility for every aspect of their hotel team engagement, the service that wows their guests and the engine that drives commercial success. They also:
- Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
- Strive for operational excellence in everything they do.
- Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.
- Embed and bring to life our tools relating to but not limited to Operations, Health & Safety, HR & Training, Sales, Marketing and Revenue.
