We are looking for an experienced bar supervisor or manager who can provide great service, has brilliant people skills and bar supervisory experience. To work within an established management team. Full & Part time Position available for the right candidate.
(Part time will be 2-3 shifts per week) (Full time 35-45hrs per wk)
THE ROLE:
- Maintain high standards - you need to be creative and willing to help take the business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee bar operations during shifts.
- Support other managers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise and motivate bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Help monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns with professionalism.
Proven experience as a food based pub manager/supervisor. Knowledge of bar operations and customer service. Strong leadership and communication skills is a MUST.
Part Time will be approx. Two - Three shifts per week - (Evenings and weekends). Must be able to work a mix of week evenings / weekends and holidays.
Required:
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Driving License.
- Personal license.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
