You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in complex care who can confidently hit the ground running.
Role Requirements: We are specifically seeking a carer who has experience with complex needs and is fully trained and competent in the following areas:
- Bowel management to include digital stimulation and manual evacuation
- Autonomic dysreflexia (AD)
- Administering medication
- Meal preparation
- Personal care
- Light domestic duties
Essential Criteria:
- Must be fluent in English this is a specific request from the client’s family
- Proven experience in a complex care role
- Up-to-date mandatory training and clinical competencies (or willingness to update through us)
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
- Self employed or willing to register
