You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in complex care who can confidently hit the ground running.

Role Requirements:

  • We are specifically seeking a carer who has experience with complex needs and is fully trained and competent in the following areas:
    • Bowel management to include digital stimulation and manual evacuation
    • Autonomic dysreflexia (AD)
    • Administering medication
    • Meal preparation
    • Personal care
    • Light domestic duties

Essential Criteria:

  • Must be fluent in English - this is a specific request from the client's family
  • Proven experience in a complex care role
  • Up-to-date mandatory training and clinical competencies (or willingness to update through us)
  • Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
  • Self-employed or willing to register
