We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Service Manager who is compassionate and forward-thinking to manage the delivery of our day service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading a service. The role requires effective leadership and management skills to ensure that our team delivers high-quality support to individuals with varying needs, including learning disability, Autism, and acquired brain injury.

As our Day Services Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service, creating a space where people feel valued, supported, and inspired. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of dedicated support staff.
