County Care Independent Living Ltd is seeking a passionate and proactive Team Leader to help lead our dedicated support team. You’ll play a key role in enabling people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent, and socially inclusive lives – all while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and motivate staff to deliver meaningful, high-quality support.
- Plan and allocate resources to meet service user needs effectively.
- Support new service user referrals, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition into services.
- Maintain compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements.
- Ensure personalised support plans promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.
- Foster strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
- Conduct and support staff appraisals to encourage growth and development.
- Drive service quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, maximise occupancy, and ensure cost efficiency, including procurement of goods and services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in the care industry.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and care legislation.
- Strong IT skills for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification would be advantageous.
- ESSENTIAL: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
