This role would be ideal for an Assistant Manager who is interested in developing their experience on the Sales & Bookings side of the business. It is a hybrid role that would involve two days a week working alongside our experienced Sales & Bookings Manager to plan our various events, including weddings, corporate functions and other celebrations as well as helping to proactively drive sales. Their remaining time would be spent doing more typical AM tasks while taking responsibility for executing events on shift.
