Key responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor:
- Complete mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys to RICS standards
- Produce clear, accurate reports for lenders and homeowners
- Manage your own diary and work independently
- Deliver high-quality service with strong technical and risk awareness
Key Skills required for a Residential Surveyor:
- AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS, RICS Registered Valuer
- Experience in mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys is desirable but training can be provided
