We are seeking an ambitious Area Manager to join our professional South London Residential Surveying team. This hybrid role would suit an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to take a meaningful step forward into leadership by managing a high performing team and staying relevant by undertaking 2 days of Residential Surveys and Valuations.

You'll manage a team of 12–15 Residential Surveyors, supporting them to deliver excellence in quality, customer experience, and performance, while shaping standards across the team.

You’ll need to be:

  • AssocRICS (minimum 2 years post‑qualification), MRICS, or FRICS
  • Registered Valuer (RICS)
  • Able to demonstrate leadership capability, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 12–15 Residential Surveyors
  • Foster a culture of success, high performance, and wellbeing

  • Deliver high quality Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
