We are looking for an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor to join our team in Hull (HU5 and surrounding areas) to help shape the future of residential surveying. What We Are Looking For
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
- Registered Valuer with RICS (or eligible)
- Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold, and HMO (preferred but not essential)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lender and private valuation work, plus Level 2 surveys
- Apply detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
- Maintain strong risk awareness within a regulated environment
