This structured programme blends hands-on mentoring with virtual classroom-based learning, giving you the practical skills, professional knowledge and confidence to thrive as a qualified Residential Surveyor.
If you're passionate about property and eager to develop a long-term surveying career, you could be a great fit. You'll qualify if you meet ONE of the following:
- 1 year relevant experience + RICS-accredited bachelor's degree
- 2 years relevant experience + RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
- 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required), such as:
- Estate agency
- Domestic energy assessment
- Property management
We also welcome candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.
