Countrywide have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join our highly profitable Dorset area, driving growth and continued business success within a thriving Estate Agency network. As an Area Manager, you will lead and oversee the performance and management of all Sales branches and colleagues within your area. You will work to meet and exceed performance and financial targets while building engagement, collaboration and high-performance cultures across your teams.

Your role will involve:

  • Driving outstanding performance across all Estate Agency KPIs, including Countrywide Conveyancing Services and Mortgage Services.
  • Coaching, developing and effectively managing all employees to ensure performance is maximised across all KPIs.
  • Maximising employee engagement through action planning, proactive recruitment, reducing attrition and championing retention.
  • Managing, monitoring and reporting on regional performance against key financial indicators, including P&L accountability and set performance metrics, to ensure consistent delivery of income targets.
  • Taking decisive action with branches trading at a loss or operating below budget.
  • Growing market share through proactive working practices and identifying new business development opportunities.
