Countrywide is seeking an ambitious Area Manager to join our professional South London Residential Surveying team. This hybrid role suits an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to transition into leadership while managing a high-performing team and conducting 2 days of Residential Surveys and Valuations.
You'll support a team of 12–15 Residential Surveyors, ensuring excellence in quality and customer experience, while promoting high-performance standards.
