As a Mortgage Area Manager, you will:
- Drive performance and service standards across nine branches
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Mortgage Consultants and leaders
- Focus on retention, development, and career progression for the team
- Conduct high-quality T&C observations to support compliance and continual improvement
- Identify and maximise regional opportunities for growth
- Build strong partnerships with our Estate Agency network and senior leaders
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mortgages, protection products, and related services
- Proven leadership experience within Financial Services or Mortgage Services
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and influencing skills
- A strong track record in delivering results and customer excellence
- Commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential
