An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Services Sales Manager to join our Mortgage Services division, working with our 8 offices across Essex. It would suit an existing Mortgage Sales Manager living in or willing to commute to the Basildon area. Consideration will also be given to applications from candidates who believe they have the relevant experience looking for their next step in their career.
You will recruit for, manage and develop a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants of varying experience, across a number of our successful Countrywide offices. You will be financially rewarded for your team’s success in exceeding sales targets in line with the normal Sales Manager remuneration scheme with an OTE £80,000. You must hold the full mortgage qualification and have Financial Services Experience.

You will need to have a passion for leading and motivating a team to exceed sales targets and provide our customers with the highest level of service. The most successful Regional Sales Managers in our business know that our people are our greatest asset and they demonstrate this by training and developing them whilst attracting the best future talent.
You will need to lead by example, demonstrate sound judgment, commercial awareness and be able to create a sense of pride within your team. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day detail around target setting and sales performance, whilst delivering longer term sales forecasts and attraction/retention plans to Senior Managers within the business.
