Mortgage Advisor
Abbotts Estate Agency is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Chelmsford. OTE £40k – £80k.
We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers\’ experience throughout the mortgage process.
You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
- Attracting new customers and business, motivated to achieve professional goals in a result-driven environment
- Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, providing advice on various products and services to meet their needs
- Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships
Skills and experience required:
- Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
