Senior Customer Relationship Advisor

Countrywide LPG Limited is looking for a Senior Customer Relationship Advisor to join our Flogas team of 1,350 experts, dedicated to delivering energy solutions that ‘do right’ for customers across the country. In this role you will focus on resolving customer complaints, queries and disputes with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining our commitment to renewable energy by 2040.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer complaints, queries and disputes relating to supply, billing, pricing and service.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
  • Prioritise sensitive situations and manage escalation effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to customers through various social media channels.
  • Record accurate details of complaints and provide insights into customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
  • Strong ability to manage complex situations and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of resolving complaints efficiently to a high standard.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistent, high‑quality verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently, optimising time spent speaking with customers and number of complaints resolved daily.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, working collaboratively across the business to achieve optimal outcomes.
