How you’ll power our business as a Liquid Installations Coordinator
As a Liquid Installations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless and efficient installations for our customers. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of tank exchanges, uplifts, and re-valve work, ensuring these are completed in line with company SLAs and safety standards. Your proactive approach to resource planning—including the ordering of tanks and parts, liaising with internal teams and external contractors, and managing logistics—will ensure jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll take ownership of the liquid enquiries inbox, maintain accurate records within our internal systems, and ensure all customer interactions are professional and well-documented. By managing essential documentation like RAMS and arranging accommodation for operatives when required, you\’ll help deliver a smooth end-to-end customer experience, ultimately powering our business with operational excellence and customer-first service.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you
Able to build strong relationships with our operatives and contractors.
Experience in scheduling vehicles or physical resources.
Good organisational skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
Good knowledge of the UK.
Able to communicate with customers by telephone and email.
Able to prioritize work and be flexible if needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to Learn our in-house system
