We are seeking a dynamic Residential Sales Professional to join our busy team in Annesley. As Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be expected to drive the performance of our sales portfolios, understand the conveyancing process, and forge relationships within the Connells Group to drive the best outcomes. The Senior Sales Negotiator will work within a department supporting Investors and Institutional clients, handling the sales function of medium to large-scale portfolios.
We are interested to hear from candidates that have at least 2 years’ experience in residential sales to join our team. Your performance will depend on your ability to build strong relationships with our various branches, working with the sales teams to generate the best outcome for our clients. This is an office-based role in our Annesley office.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake duties in line with signed Service Level Agreements.
- Identify and instruct the appropriate marketing branch(es).
- Monitor the marketing of the property and check that the branch has completed all appropriate marketing including internet advertising, adding the property to the branch mailing list, erecting a For Sale board, and placing the property in the branch window display.
- Obtain a weekly update from the marketing branch regarding viewing numbers and feedback.
- Instigate price reductions if necessary.
- Manage the negotiation of any offer received between the client and the branch.
- Consult with solicitors to ensure the conveyancing process is effectively managed and enquiries are chased on both sides.
- Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on sales activity and performance.
- Drive sales performance of the portfolio within the terms of the Service Level Agreement.
- Ensure effective management of the conveyancing process.
- Be committed to achieving or exceeding own, team, department, and company targets.
- A thorough knowledge of Service Level Agreements is essential.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Residential Sales market and conveyancing process.
- Working knowledge of relevant processes, policies, and standards.
- Excellent PC and related technology skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
