We’re looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join our team in St Leonards, Hastings. If you have experience in conveyancing and managing your own caseload, this is an exciting opportunity with hybrid working flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of around 50 files, overseeing all aspects of conveyancing from instruction to completion.
  • Drafting legal documents such as Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms.
  • Ensure all paperwork and funds are in place for exchange and completion.
  • Complete post-completion work and ensure your caseload is up to date and compliant.
