Countrywide, part of the Connells Group and the UK's largest Property Services Group, is looking for a Customer Complaints Resolver to join our friendly Complaints Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress a career in property, with full training in residential lettings and property management provided.
The Role
- You'll investigate customer complaints and concerns, working with colleagues across the business to deliver fair, professional, and timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of customer complaints
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Gather information to fully understand and investigate issues
- Liaise with teams across the lettings business
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic responses both verbally and written
- Identify appropriate solutions and goodwill gestures where required
- Deliver a positive customer experience, even when issues arise
About You
- We're looking for someone with previous customer service experience
- Confidence handling sensitive conversations professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities
- Good organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in lettings, property management, or complaint handling is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
