We’re looking for a results‑driven PPC Manager to take full ownership of our paid search strategy and help accelerate our digital growth within the B2B and B2C sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI
- Create compelling ad copy, test variations, and manage creative performance
- Build and maintain campaign structures that support scalability and efficiency
- Track and report on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Collaborate with content, design, and wider marketing teams to align messaging and landing pages
- Implement A/B tests across ads and landing pages to improve performance
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging PPC strategies
- Manage monthly budgets and forecast performance and create reports from this
- Ensure accurate tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion pixels
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ Years experience in managing paid search campaigns for a vast portfolio of products
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable success
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
- Confident with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for high‑performing creative
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and forecast performance
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Bonus: experience with e‑commerce, lead generation funnels, or marketing automation tools
