Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday 48hr (between 12pm to 2pm start time); you may be required to work overtime on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Company dustcarts for the collection and emptying of customer waste bins and sacks.
- Complete all daily vehicle checks and fill out the Vehicle Defect sheet at the start and end of each shift.
- Ensure all CCTV cameras are functional and inward-facing cameras are positioned correctly before starting work.
- Report defects, including tyre issues, to the Fleet Office.
- Maintain regular communication with the Fleet Office, reporting any issues or incidents immediately.
- Refuel vehicles upon returning to the yard or depot.
- Attend end-of-day debriefing with the Fleet Office for advice on the next day's work.
- Secure all loads to prevent waste or debris from falling during transit.
- Report all accidents and incidents immediately to the Fleet Office or Compliance Team and obtain necessary details.
- Cooperate with company management systems, report unsafe conditions, and comply with safe work practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- 2 years HGV driving experience.
- HGV Class 2 licence.
- Work within the waste management industry.
