We have an exciting opportunity for a Utilities Coordinator to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, at our Enderby office. As our Utilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the utility connections, statutory authority and third-party service works from project viability appraisal / inception, through to completion including requesting quotes, assisting commercial colleagues to place orders, and managing off site they empowerus to develop sustainable communities across affordable and private housing.
