We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Training Partner to join our team within Vistry Services, supporting across all our locations as per business need. As our IT Training Partner, you will provide training support to the variety of business change projects across the group, working closely with the Vistry Group project leads and subject matter expert (SME) community to facilitate project success. This is a pivotal role in supporting a growing business, including training design and delivery and utilising the 70:20:10 development model to embed key knowledge, skills, and behaviours throughout the business.

This is a part-time job share, working 2 days per week. This position is also fully remote.
