We have a new opportunity for a Future Talent Partner – Timber Frame to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Vistry Works East Midlands factory in Coalville. As our Future Talent Partner – Timber Frame, you will lead and manage the talent and development pipeline for the ‘Timber Frame Installer’ Trainee programme. The role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, qualification oversight, programme management and pastoral care for trainees. This is a brand new position which will help shape an industry leading Trainee programme.
We are pleased to say, this role could accommodate agile working arrangements in accordance with Vistry’s Agile Working Policy and subject to business need.
