We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Director to join our team within Vistry Works, at our Bardon office in Coalville, Leicestershire with travel to our Warrington office. As our Finance Director, you will have ownership of all financial planning, analysis, control and reporting for Vistry Works, working alongside other department heads and directors to ensure the objectives contained within the business’s budgets/forecasts are met in a cost-effective manner.
Vistry Works is an instrumental part of the Vistry Group’s strategy which allows us to deliver modern methods of construction at scale and build high quality new homes faster, more economically and in a more environmentally friendly way. Vistry Works operates across three manufacturing sites: Vistry Works Warrington, Vistry Works Leicester and Vistry Works East Midlands.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of all financial planning, analysis, control, and reporting.
- Work alongside other department heads and directors.
- Ensure objectives within the business’s budgets/forecasts are met.
