We have exciting opportunities for Contact Centre Operatives within the Vistry Services Division, based near any of our 26 regional offices. As a Contact Centre Operative, you will handle incoming customer enquiries, aiming to improve customer satisfaction through timely and efficient responses. This high-volume call centre role involves making and receiving approximately 10 calls per hour and supporting Sales Consultants by booking viewings. You will also assist the sales and marketing teams to maximize sales efficiency.
This position operates on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday, with core hours from 9am-8pm and 10am-5pm on Sundays. Here’s what’s in it for you:

- Experience working with prospect databases and in a busy contact centre environment

Desirable skills include experience with Microsoft Dynamics, understanding of the new build industry, and customer-facing experience.
Key responsibilities include supporting business objectives through customer engagement, managing enquiries via various channels, maintaining the CRM system, and ensuring GDPR compliance. You will liaise with sales teams, attend meetings, complete mandatory training, and adhere to health and safety policies.
