Region: Vistry Merseyside & Cheshire West Department: Build Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time Job Location: Warrington, Cheshire Date Posted: 31.10.2024 Our Graduate Construction Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Site Managers, Project Managers & Construction Directors or anyone with a natural interest in project management, construction technology, and quality. This pathway is tailored to expose you to key areas of the business that will develop you into a strong all-rounder within the construction field. This pathway includes rotations within the business areas below, all constructed with key learning objectives in mind to equip you with all of the knowledge you need: Construction > Health & Safety > Commercial > Construction Planning > Technical and Customer Service You’ll rotate through these departments throughout your first 18 months, starting and finishing within the Construction department. During your final rotation, you’ll agree with your Line Manager where you will specialise and transition into this position on completion of your programme, taking the next step on your career path. The site location for this Construction Graduate is anticipated to be in Warrington, Cheshire. The anticipated close date of this vacancy will be Sunday 5th January 2025, however if we receive a high volume of applications we may close the vacancy earlier, so we encourage you to apply at your earliest convenience. Enjoy 28 days’ holiday plus all UK Bank Holidays. There are options to carry leave forwards and buy up to 5 days. Pension with Legal & General Eligible employees are auto-enrolled.
