We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our office in Exeter. As our Commercial Assistant, you will assist the commercial department by undertaking the administration of customer care payments and assisting in recovering costs/contra charging where applicable, raising orders, and paying consultants for pre-construction work. You will also maintain tracker documents for payments and POs, assist the buying department with the raising of plant POs, track and file main contract and subcontract order documents, assist subcontractors with CQMS registrations, and support the commercial management team with reports as required.
