Role Overview: We are recruiting the Landscapes Recovery Manager to drive our nature recovery work across Hertfordshire and Middlesex, working with external partners and stakeholders. You’ll lead the Landscapes Recovery team within the Nature Recovery Directorate, reporting to the Director of Nature Recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Landscapes Recovery team.
- Develop and deliver land management advisory work to support landowners & landholders in nature recovery.
- Collaborate with the Rivers Recovery Manager and external partners to develop new funding mechanisms and scale nature recovery schemes across Hertfordshire & Middlesex.
- Coordinate with the Nature Reserves Manager to ensure a strategic approach to nature recovery on reserves and the wider landscape.
Qualifications:
- Extensive land advice and ecological experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
