The Role
This traineeship will help you build valuable skills and experience for a future in outdoor learning, youth work, or community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn how to plan and deliver inclusive outdoor activities for young people
- Support sessions that connect diverse young people with the Yorkshire Dales
- Help develop resources, activities or events linked to your interests
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation to understand impact and gather feedback
This role involves working outdoors in all weathers and occasionally at weekends or bank holidays (with time off in lieu).
