A full-time experienced Groundsperson is sought for the Brocklesby Estate. The main purpose of the role is the day to day maintenance of the extensive grounds, including:
- Maintenance of extensive lawns including fine lawns
- Walk‑behind and ride‑on cylinder mowing
- Walk‑behind rotary mowing
- Scarification and feeding
- Ride‑on and amenity grass cutting
- Upkeep of verges
- Striming and seasonal long grass cutting
- Blowing, leaf collecting, tractor driving
- Spraying
- Occasional weeding/gardening tasks
- Maintenance of a full range of garden equipment
- Meadow maintenance and management
